1. Returns-Changes are only made on products with their receipt and their original packaging by calling at 6972501203 from Monday to Friday 09:00 - 15:00 and only using Geniki Taxydromiki courier company for dispatching the items.

2. Returns-Changes are made within 15 days from the day that customer received from the Geniki Taxydromiki courier company. Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer by the following charges:

Return € 3.00 + Shipping € 3.00 = € 6.00

Only with the Geniki Taxidromiki courier company.

MONEY RETURN IS NOT POSSIBLE

3. The return-change must be accompanied by a copy of the Retail Receipt or the change card.

4. Changes are made through our online store or by phone at 6972501203 (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 15:00), with the Retail Receipt or the change card.

5. Changes of items in a discount or sales are changed at the current price and are not changed after the end of the discounts and sales.
